These terms apply to all visitors and registered users of Guruadesh web pages, forms, and linked experiences operated in connection with the Spiritual Communion and teachings under Shree Pratik Ji.
Nature of the site
The site describes a sacred path, sadhana, and community life. It is not a substitute for medical, mental health, or legal advice. Decisions about health, medication, or crisis care belong with qualified professionals. Spiritual guidance offered through the communion follows its own discernment and admission process.
Respectful use
You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful activity, harassment, scraping that burdens our systems, attempts to bypass access controls, or misrepresentation of identity when contacting the team or requesting admission. Content on the site is protected by applicable law; do not copy or redistribute teaching material outside what is expressly allowed.
Donations and third parties
Where donations or payments are offered, processing may be handled by a third-party provider (for example Razorpay). Their terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout experience. Guruadesh is not responsible for outages or errors solely attributable to those services.
Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted, Guruadesh and its representatives are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, inability to access it, or reliance on any summary published here.
